There’s no doubt workout outdoors is not easy but it definitely helps if you train with the best community with a stunning rooftop view! We have received a lot of positive feedback from last time rooftop workout with tenant Stephane, this time we invited personal trainer Bon to lead us a HIIT workout at Dash Coliving in Tsim Sha Tsui.
