What is coliving?
Coliving is a lifestyle, it’s a choice to live, mingle, connect, and engage with like-minded people. At Dash Living, our tenants get to enjoy their own private room, while common spaces are shared with other tenants. There are a lot of fun and exciting community events as well as plenty of perks for the community to enjoy.
How do I check in at your hotel?
Here’s what you need to know for your check-in
Self Check-In:
To check in, please scan the Self Check-In QR code located in the lobby and follow the prompts to complete your online check-in. Make sure to have your booking reference ID, passport or valid ID, and credit card information ready, as these details are required during the process.
For Immediate Assistance:
You can approach the iPad in the lobby and say “Hi!” to connect with our remote reception team. We are available 24/7 to assist you with the check-in process and help you settle into your room smoothly.
Where are Dash units located?
Our units are located in the prime areas of Hong Kong (Causeway Bay, Wan Chai, Central, TST, Jordan, Mongkok) & Singapore (CBD, Geylang, Paya Lebar, Farrer Park, Balestier, Pasir Panjang, Clementi, Queenstown, Jurong East, West Coast).
What perks do I get when joining the Dash community?
In Hong Kong and Singapore, Dash members can enjoy more than 20 perks that include discounts at various restaurants, beauty and wellness centres, and more.
What is the policy on pets?
We accept furry friends for some of our serviced suites, please contact our leasing team for more information.
Will I need to share a bathroom?
In Hong Kong, our portfolio of rooms are all private en suites with your own bathroom. In Singapore, there are different room options that may include a shared bathroom.
Will I get a mailbox?
It varies from unit to unit, but you will definitely get your own mailing address for receiving mail.
Is there a cleaning service?
We do have a cleaning service available which you can sign up for – please inquire with the leasing team upon viewing a unit.
Are linens included in rent?
Most of our serviced units in Hong Kong have linens included in rent; please ask our leasing team for details. Extra charges might apply on selected rooms for linens and housekeeping services.
Can I cook in my room?
Most units are equipped with a kitchenette or with a shared kitchen area.

Leasing
How do I schedule a viewing
Please fill out our form to let us know your needs. We will match available rooms with your requirements and reach out to you to arrange a viewing.
Is there any commitment when I submit an inquiry or schedule a viewing?
No deposit or payment is required. As you have invested your time with us, we take it very seriously to find you the perfect match.
What does my lease include? What amenities are included in the flat?
It varies from unit to unit, however, each unit is move-in ready. Expect a comfy bed, storage & closet space, basic utilities and things that make your stay convenient.
Are utilities included in my rent?
Yes, with some terms and conditions so that we do our part to make sure we responsibly use the Earth’s resources.
What is the minimum stay?
It varies country to country based on local regulations. In Hong Kong our minimum stay is 28 days, whereas in Singapore it’s 3 months.
What documentation is required to book a room?
We will need your ID / Passport, and a business registration certificate if your lease is signed by a company.
How can I make payments?
We usually recommend via bank transfer, however, we do accept several credit cards and a number of local options as well.
Is there a security deposit? When will I receive the deposit back?
There is a one month security deposit as well as a small utility deposit which are returned to you within 30 days after your lease has expired.
When are rental payments due?
It will be based on your leasing cycle (for example, if your lease starts on the 5th, you will be billed on the 4th).
What if I want to vacate early?
We understand that plans may unexpectedly change. Just reach out to your leasing representative or the Dash Community Team and we will discuss the arrangements with you.
What if I want to extend my stay?
You have first right to renew your lease up to 45 days before it expires. Just reach out to your leasing representative or the Dash Community Team before then and we will gladly assist.
Are there any charges in addition to rent?
There are no additional / hidden charges.
