By participating in this giveaway contest, you agree to all Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility

1. The Giveaway is open to all individuals. If the winner is under 18 years old, the winner must be accompanied by an adult.
2. The winner must have a valid passport at the time of entering the giveaway in order to be eligible.
3. Employees, representatives, or agents of the sponsoring company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.
   

Prize

4. The prize for the Dash Escape giveaway includes:

• • Flight Gift Card value capped at HKD $4,000 (for 2 pax)
  • 1 x 3D2N stay at Dash Living on Queen’s or Dash Living on Hollywood.
  • Local activities arranged by Dash Living.

5. The winner must book the flights for 2 pax under 1 booking by 30 September 2024, 11:59 PM (HKT), and submit their flight details to the Dash Living Marketing representative to reserve their accommodation, with rooms being subjected to availability upon reservation. Maximum occupancy is two persons per room. 

6. The winner and their plus one must complete the free round trip by December 1, 2024.

7. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winner is permitted.

8. Dash Living reserves the right to refuse the sponsorship if fraudulent activities are suspected, without prior warning.

9. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Dash Living. 

10. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Dash Living to use the winner’ name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. The information provided by the participants is only for this giveaway. The collected personal data will be processed by Dash Living’s privacy policy.

Entry Rules

12. Submissions will be closed on 31 August 2024.

13. Participants can submit their entries on Instagram.

14. Participants must complete the following procedures within the participation period:

• • Like the giveaway post and follow Dash Living’s Instagram account for Hong Kong (@dashlivinghk) 

• • Share the entries on their Instagram story and tag @dashlivinghk with these hashtags #10yearsofdash #dashescapetohk #dashlivinghk (with account set to “public” so that Dash Living can access the shared information) 

• • Any plagiarised or copied content, foul language, indecent, pornographic violence or malicious criticism in the information provided will result in disqualification without prior notice. Dash Living will not be held responsible for any such disqualification.

Winner Selection

15. One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

16. The winner will be announced on the Dash Living Instagram account for Hong Kong (@dashlivinghk) on 6 September, 2024, who will be notified through direct message with instructions to claim the prize.

17. Dash Living will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, Dash Living reserves the right to withhold the prize. 

18. The winner must provide their full name as per passport and contact number within the specified date. The above full name and contact number will be used for identity verification upon arrival at Dash Living property

19. Each Instagram account can participate unlimited times during the participation period, but each Instagram account can only win once.

20. The winner and their plus one agree to provide prominent social media mentions, including Instagram Stories, Reels, Posts, and Mentions, to showcase their experience and promote the event and our brand when completing the free round trip to Hong Kong

Redeeming the Prize

21. The flight tickets will need to be purchased by the winner by redeeming the flight gift card offered by Dash Living.

22. The prize cannot be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

23. The value of the prize will be denominated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

Booking Modifications and Cancellations

24. Flight Tickets modifications and cancellations are subject to airline service provider’s standard terms and conditions. For more information, please refer to the service provider’s website.

25. Accommodation cannot be exchanged for cash, returned, replaced, or any adjustments, transferred or resold to others.

General

26. All records related to this event (including but not limited to the date and time of photo upload, tracking time, etc.) are based on Dash Living’s computer records and are determined by Dash Living. Participants cannot object to the event and Dash Living’s adjudication decision. In case of any dispute, the decision made by Dash Living is final and irrevocable.

27. Dash Living is not responsible for any delay, loss, error, or unrecognisable situation of the information submitted by the participants due to any computer, network, communication, or other technical problems or matters not attributable to Dash Living.

28. Dash Living is not responsible for the inability to participate in this giveaway due to individual computer or mobile data equipment hardware or software.

29. If it is found that participants participate in this event with empty numbers, fake accounts, providing false information, or invade and/or modify computer programs in any way or any dishonest methods, Dash Living has the right to cancel their participation and/or winning eligibility without further notice. The participant bears all related responsibilities and consequences.

30. Dash Living reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. Revised versions of these terms and conditions will appear on the Instagram post and will be effective immediately. Your continued participation in the giveaway after any changes signifies your consent to or acceptance of such changes. You are invited to review any changes regularly.
