We host a range of free monthly yoga and fitness events. Our purpose is to elevate our tenant’s experience to escape from stresses and improve sleep quality via yoga.
Regular Sunday feel good yoga to start your week with positivity and good intention. Each class will have a different theme, including stretches, hatha yoga and vinyasa yoga.
