Once your friend signs the lease and moves in, your gift card will be sent as a thank you for the referral.

Terms and Conditions

1. Both current and past tenants are eligible to participate in the campaign as referrers.
2. Referred friends must not have previously interacted with a Dash Living leasing agent to be considered new customers.
3. Corporate bookings are not eligible for this promotion.
4. The referrer’s gift card will be issued once the referred friend signs the lease and moves in. If the referred friend does not stay for the required duration, a corresponding amount will be deducted from the security deposit upon move-out.
5. A tenant can refer an unlimited number of new friends.
