Housekeeping

When is my room cleaned?

Our cleaning service is provided once a week. This includes vacuuming the floor, changing linens, and replenishing toiletries. Guests are responsible for daily garbage disposal.

As part of our commitment to environmental sustainability, cleaning services are provided for reservations of 7 days or more. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, there is a one-time fee of SGD $30.

Damage and Stains: Applicable Charges

Please note that the following charges apply if found damaged, lost or stained:

  • Bed Linen: SGD200
  • Carpet: SGD500

The sockets in our rooms are standard SG 3-pin plugs using 230V.

Where can I find the safe

The safe inside your room is equipped with a digital lock. If you need assistance setting it up, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp at +65 3129 4313.

Air Conditioning Issues

Water Dripping

If you notice excessive water dripping, please turn off the A/C. Immediately contact our customer support through the Dash app or call us at +65 3129 4313. for assistance.

Panel Not Working

If the A/C panel is not functioning properly, try turning it off and waiting for a moment before turning it back on. If you still experience difficulties, please contact our customer support via WhatsApp at +65 3129 4313.

Wi-Fi Issues

No internet connection

No internet connection
If the internet works on other devices, the issue might be with your device. Try disconnecting from the Wi-Fi and then reconnecting.

  1. Open Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > Manage known networks.
  2. Select the network in question and click “Forget.”
  3. Click on the Wi-Fi symbol on the taskbar to find and reconnect to your network.

No-Smoking Policy

Can I smoke in my room?

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas, including inside the room, and public shared spaces within the building.

Where can I smoke when I stay with Dash Living?

Smoking is only in public designated areas.

Can I use electronic cigarettes indoors?

The use and possession of electronic cigarettes is illegal in Singapore, and it carries a fine of SGD$2,000. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment for all guests.

Are there penalties for non-compliance with the smoking policy?

Please note that any violation of the smoking policy will result in a fine of SGD $200.  We kindly ask our guests to adhere to this policy to avoid any inconvenience.

How do we get there from the Airport by Public Transport?

By Train

  1. You can take the train from Changi Airport to Dash Living on Mackenzie at Changi Airport Station (CG2) to Tanah Merah Station (EW4), and take the East West line to Bugis (EW12/DT14) – to take the downtown line to Little India (DT12)
  2. From Little India Station Exit A, it is a 2 minute walk to Dash Living on Mackenzie

By Bus

Take Bus 48 from Tanah Merah Stn Exit A (Bus Stop ID: 85099) and alight at Rochor Stn (Bus Stop ID: 07531), and walk for 5 mins (350m) to Dash Living on Mackenzie.
