Terms and Conditions:

1. One winner will be randomly chosen by Dash Living.

2. The Giveaway is open to all local and overseas residents. If the winner is under 18 years old, the winner must be accompanied by an adult.

3. This giveaway will run from 4 February 2025 1800hrs (GMT+8) till 18 February 2025 2359hrs (GMT+8).

4. The winner is responsible for the other expenses such as flights and personal expenditure.

5. In exchange for the free stay, the winner must produce the following:
– Min. 3 – 5 Instagram Stories
– 1x Instagram Post (This can be in the form of a Carousel, static or reel)
– 1x Google review of the property

6. All deliverables must be completed by 15 April 2025 2359hrs

7. Participants must complete the following mechanics within the participation period:
– Follow Dash Living’s Instagram account for Singapore (@dashlivingsg)
– Repost the giveaway post on their IG story* (with account set to “public” so that Dash Living can access the shared information)
– Comment on the giveaway post who they want to share the prize with

8. The winner will be chosen at random by Dash Living Sngapore, and receive 1 night of free accommodation at Dash Living rochor in a room type provided by Dash Living. However, any plagiarised or copied content, foul language, indecent, pornographic violence or malicious criticism in the information provided will result in disqualification without prior notice. The company will not be held responsible for any such disqualification.

9. The winner will be announced on the Dash Living Instagram account for Singapore (@dashlivingsg) on 21st February 2025 (Friday), and the winner will be notified via Instagram DM. The winner must provide their full name as per passport and contact number within the specified date. The above full name and contact number will be used for identity verification upon arrival at Dash Living Rochor.

10. The winner of the 1 night free accommodation must book the room between 1 – 31 March 2025, with rooms being subjected to availability upon reservation.

11. Maximum occupancy is two persons per room.

12. All prizes of the event cannot be exchanged for cash, returned, replaced, or any adjustments, cannot be transferred or resold to others, and the collected prizes cannot be requested for return or exchange.

13. The information provided by the participants is only for this giveaway. The collected personal data will be processed by the company’s privacy policy.

14. Participants understand and agree that the company has the right to modify, report, use, and publish the content of this giveaway (including the winner’s name, event highlights, photos, videos, and other related information) without prior consent from the participants or payment of any amount or compensation to the participants. The copyright of the related photos or videos is owned by the company.

15. All records related to this event (including but not limited to the date and time of photo upload, tracking time, etc.) are based on the company’s computer records and are determined by the company. Participants cannot object to the event and the company’s adjudication decision. In case of any dispute, the decision made by the company is final and irrevocable.

16. The company is not responsible for any delay, loss, error, or unrecognisable situation of the information submitted by the participants due to any computer, network, communication, or other technical problems or matters not attributable to the company.

17. The company is not responsible for the inability to participate in this giveaway due to individual computer or mobile data equipment hardware or software.

18. If it is found that participants participate in this event with empty numbers, fake accounts, providing false information, or invade and/or modify computer programs in any way or any dishonest methods, the company has the right to cancel their participation and/or winning eligibility without further notice. The participant bears all related responsibilities and consequences.

19. All employees of the company and their family members are not allowed to participate to ensure fairness.

20. Dash Living reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. Revised versions of these terms and conditions will appear on the Instagram post and will be effective immediately. Your continued participation in the giveaway after any changes signifies your consent to or acceptance of such changes. You are invited to review any changes regularly.
