Craft Your Blue Zone this Christmas at Dash Living
One of the perks of living in a coliving space is to interact with one another, befriend your neighbors, and become a part of a community, like what we have in Dash Living.
And the importance of community is not a novel idea. Studies have looked into blue zones—regions in the world with a much higher proportion of people who live longer than average.
Some of the reasons may not surprise you: maintain good sleep quality (which many people overlook nowadays), a healthy diet (such as more plant-based and whole foods), and regular exercise. But of the many ingredients contributing to a long and happy life, one thing that stood out most was the importance of community. Research has shown that being part of a community and having a close-knitted group of friends can add a whopping 4 to 14 years to your life!
